DOMESTIC SHIPPING (in Netherland)

Shipping for order: €75,00 and up = FREE

Shipping for order: €0 TO €74,99 = €6,95

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EU BENELUX

Shipping for order: €0 TO €89,99 = €10,95

Shipping for order: €90 TO 119,99 = €7,95

Shipping for order: €120 AND UP = FREE

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EU OTHER

Shipping for ALL order UNDER €150:  €16,95

Shipping for order: €150 AND UP = FREE

 

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF 

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 To 5 WORKING days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM. Domestic order handling time is 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

International shipments are in transit for 10 To 15 days (Monday to Friday).

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@keapop.com

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
